1. Introduction

Welcome to All Areas Maintenance. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients engaging our handyman and maintenance services.

2. Scope of Services

We offer a range of home and business maintenance services including (but not limited to):

  • Handyman Services

  • Cabinet Making

  • Gyprocking

  • Roof Repairs

  • General Maintenance

  • Door Installation & Repairs

  • Painting Services

  • Carpentry

  • Tiling

Some specialized services may be performed by third-party professionals who are fully licensed and qualified. We maintain strong partnerships with these subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance.

Please note: We do not install or consult on locks, but every door we fit is ready for your chosen security hardware.

3. Booking & Cancellations

  • Bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our official website.

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Emergency call-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Estimates & Payments

  • All quotes provided are estimates only unless stated otherwise.

  • Final invoices may vary depending on on-site findings or changes in project scope.

  • Full payment is required upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods.

5. Warranties & Liability

  • We stand behind the quality of our work and aim for complete customer satisfaction.

  • Any faults or issues must be reported within 7 days of service delivery.

  • While we take utmost care, All Areas Maintenance is not liable for incidental damages, pre-existing issues, or third-party delays.

  • Work performed by subcontracted professionals is warranted under their respective licenses and insurance.

6. Subcontracted Work

We may assign certain tasks to licensed subcontractors (e.g., licensed painters, roofers, etc.). These professionals operate under their own legal licenses and insurances. We coordinate and supervise their work to ensure service quality.

7. Access & Site Conditions

Clients are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the work site. Additional charges may apply if the job is delayed due to unsafe or restricted access.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be handled within the appropriate jurisdiction of the WA legal system.
